to
MEDITATE
is to find clarity amidst the chaos of your own mind. to have a mind-FULL and be able to attune + tend to your Self through compassionate curiosity. to be with the noise [both external and internal] and re-discover your truth over and over again. to engage with and understand the depths of your dimensions. to authentically express your soul.
by cultivating a contemplative practice, the brain and body connect to expand the ability to self-soothe, re-establishing self reliance, love for thyself and an openness as the ability to deeply listen grows exponentially in direct relation to the feeling of freedom.
meditation is an act of rebellion. it's a practice no one can take from you.

SANITY SANCTUARY
human to human, heart to heart, the holding of a safe space is where healing can start. as an alchemist, I am an advocate for sanity, holding up a mirror for individual self discovery. divine nature resides in everyone and it's the opening to this magic that will lead each of us home. home within our minds. home within our bodies. home within our hearts. through a trauma informed approach paired with Buddhist philosophy, I welcome those who, like me have ever felt, misunderstood, misguided, and who have misinterpreted their own big feelings. there is space for every part of you to be seen and heard as you feel your way towards healing and uncovering your radiant light.
the essence of Self.
