yoga is a sacred union.

mind, body and spirit. it's a moving meditation in which you meet yourself where you're at and move with and through your energetic being. at its root, yoga is about cultivating a deeper connection with Self and learning to stay within. one breath at a time. through yoga we become one with nature and learn to nurture ourselves guided by the elements that live within us, creating balance, peace and harmony. as we move into physical alignment we gain access to energetic alignment. through the principles of sthira [strong/steady/stable] and sukha [ease/calm/relaxation] we can get curious about the dualties of life and understand that we are complex human beings whom hold multiplicities.
